Almost everyone who has crossed 40 years have come across back pain problem. There are many causes of back pain, they can be
->Poor physical fitness
->Being overweight
->Heredity etc.
If back pain is sever it is advised to visit a specialist for back pain.

Susan,

I couldn't agree more. Back pain occurs in 85% of people over their lifetime and it is vital that people take care of themselves.

As a Seattle Chiropractor I see many instances of what you mention, and one of my first suggestions is weight via diet and exercise.

Chiropractic adjustments are extremely beneficial, but it is amazing how much people can do on their own to help themselves stabilize.
