BACK PAIN, MAN'S GREATEST ENEMY...

Back pain has been man’s oldest and most stubborn agony from ages. There is hardly any profession or vocation or human activity that has no affliction of pain attached to it, especially in the case of back pain.

In fact, our fast moving society has also contributed immensely to the prevalence of this back monster, particularly in the area of technology offering all manner of conveniences. Our standard of living has endangered a high price that is paid by many people in terms of pain.

Back pain can occur for no obvious reason and at any point on the spine. However, the most common site of pain is the lower back because it bears the majority of the weight of the body and the load the body carries.

Back pain may be described as a feeling of distress, suffering and sometimes an impression on the sensory nerve of the back structures. Back pain may come upon its victims as a very nauseating pain; it will hinder its victim from carrying out his daily activities. The disabling nature of the pain would so impinge on the victim’s emotions to an extent that the victim may wish a suicide to escape the pain!!

Back pain often comes as a sharp or stabbing pain, as if a needle is driven into one’s back. At times, the victim experiences continuous pain when he/she is eating, driving or engages in one activity or the other. The pain may be a radiating one, a pain which is coming from the waist but its effect is at the thigh or leg.

Many back pain sufferers have at various times been told by certain sections of the health care providers that their back pain is incurable. They were advised to accept their faith and live with it for the rest of their life!!! In other words, it means that the victims of back pain should accept the disabling pain in his back as he would accept hairs in his pubis. “I don’t accept that mentality, I reject it”. For all you back pain sufferers out there, let that be your statement, be positive. Okay!!

There is specific treatment plan to victims of back pain {both chronic and acute} which meets with universal standards. Go for a therapy today {referred by your doctor} and your back will definitely regain its momentum, I assure you….

To all you my friend out there, do not give up or sit down tight and allow this pain to ruin your life!!! Fight hard to get your life back from this annoying, stubborn, callous back monster!!!
