Although sex and obesity have something to do with it, POOR POSTURE is missing from this list! A spine in proper neutral alignment is much less prone to sudden injury and chronic low back pain.Body alignment has to be the most understated component of overall fitness because when your spine is out of alignment, everything else is too, which leads to joint pain as well. Good posture is of ultimate importance and definitely should NOT be left off a list of back pain causes.
