OBESITY, A FRIEND OF BACK PAIN


Obesity is fast becoming an epidemic and a thing of great concern in many parts of the world and according to statistics, it has been over time resulted into back pain. Less than four months ago, the United States army hierarchy reported bitterly of the increasing overweight personnel in its armed forces.

Obesity will aggravate almost all types of back pain. It can even be the primary cause of some types of muscular pain, especially in the lower back region. Extra weight a contributor towards degenerative disc disease. People who are overweight stand a higher risk of having slipped disc or prolapsed disc.

Obesity can also lead to osteoporosis {a disease affecting one’s bone making it brittle and weak} and is one of the major causes of stress fracture in the vertebrae of older obese victims. Obese people have a higher incidence of spinal stenosis {pain caused by narrowing of the nerve root canal}, spondylolisthesis {pain caused by a piece of vertebrae slipping over the other} and spinal arthritis.

Being overweight is not healthy at all, the increased risk for back pain are actually some of the least serious consequences of being obese. Other diseases accompanied by being obese are; hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and many other serious heart related diseases.

Bearing any weight on the affected area of the back aggravates many back pain conditions. An obese victim places much more stress on the painful area of the back, since it need support for that extra weight.

Obesity is a killer; it will deprive one of the qualities of live. It is important for you obese guys out there {male or female}, that you keep your weight in a healthy range. Doing this, you are by no means kicking out back pain from your life. Stay cubby free! Stay back pain free!! Stay healthy!!!

4 years makes me suffer from severe back pain in the lower part, and so far not found anything, why turn to drugs such as Tramadol, Oxycodone and who are the only calming the terrible pain I feel, a few weeks ago asking for I found this Web browser findyourdrug gave me good information and alternatives, I do not think I made a mistake and asked to prove their safety and so far I seriously hope this is for you. a good indicator.
